The variety is tetraploid and is intended primarily for the production of silage and haylage. It is often included in lists for intensive use in crops with a long utilization cycle.

When evaluating the variety, indicators such as total yield and the concentration of digestible energy in dry matter are taken into account. The variety undergoes regular monitoring for susceptibility to fungal diseases, in particular to rust and powdery mildew.
