The variety is a tetraploid plant with high green mass yield. It possesses rapid rooting and the ability for intensive and prolonged regrowth after mowing, and also demonstrates high resistance to pests and stem diseases.

The plant mass of the variety is characterized by high fiber content and good forage digestibility indices. The crop is recommended for hay harvesting, silage and green fodder production, and also for use as a pasture plant under intensive grazing.
