The variety is diploid and belongs to the "dwarf" type. The leaf blade is characterized as narrow. The variety is distinguished by extremely late heading dates and low seed setting ability.

Used for creating sports and ornamental turf, including golf courses and tennis courts. Possesses good wear tolerance, rapid rooting ability, maintains color during the winter period, and has a moderate growth rate, which reduces mowing frequency.
