The variety is intended for professional landscaping, the creation of park and sports lawns, as well as for overseeding areas with seasonal grasses. The plant is characterized by aggressive shoot development, which ensures rapid thickening of the sward.

The variety demonstrates excellent resistance to summer leaf spot and crown rust. Due to its ability to withstand high temperatures and arid conditions, it is widely used in grass mixtures for permanent use.
