The variety is diploid and is distinguished by rapid establishment on the site. The plants possess high turf density, have fine leaves, and maintain an attractive color throughout the year.

The variety possesses high resistance to diseases and trampling, which allows it to be used on areas with high operational load. Due to the moderate growth rate, the need for frequent mowing of the turf is reduced.

Vertech is used as a component of mixtures for high-quality lawns and professional sports grounds.
