The tree is vigorous with a wide, spreading crown, requiring regular pruning. Fruits are small or medium-sized, round-flattened in shape, with lemon-yellow skin and sometimes a reddish blush. The flesh is white, very firm and juicy, and is distinguished by pronounced acidity.

The variety possesses high winter hardiness and resistance to scab and powdery mildew, but shows susceptibility to fire blight and fruit tree canker. Fruits ripen in mid-to-late October, and the consumption period lasts from November to March.
