The Blanquina tree has high vigor and a late fruit ripening period in October. The variety enters the bearing stage slowly and is characterized by marked alternate bearing, while in the period of full productivity, the yield exceeds 25 t/ha.
The fruits are small or medium-sized, have a truncated conical flattened shape and a whitish-yellow skin with a waxy bloom and possible russeting in the basin. The juice is characterized by an acidic taste, a sugar content of about 91.1 g/l, an acidity of 4.7 g/l, and a complex aromatic profile with a high content of aldehydes and esters.
