10 August 2026
The tree is distinguished by very high growth vigor, reaching 4–10 meters at maturity. Fruits are medium to large in size, have a flat or round-flat shape, and a yellow-green skin which, upon ripening, becomes golden with an orange-red blush and stripes, often with signs of russeting.
The fruit flesh is cream-colored, crumbly, not very juicy, with a distinct sweet nutty flavor. The variety ripens in autumn and is suitable for consumption from late September or October until January. The fruits are versatile in use: suitable for fresh consumption, baking, purees, and cider production.
The variety is moderately susceptible to scab, powdery mildew, and canker. Being a triploid, the tree cannot be an effective pollinator for other varieties and itself requires external pollinators for fruit set.
