Bozner Apfel is a traditional local variety cultivated in the South Tyrol region. The variety does not belong to modern breeding types and is preserved primarily within the framework of research into the historical heritage of pomiculture.

Phenologically, the variety is characterized by an average flowering period. Harvesting usually takes place on September 21. Detailed agrotechnical indicators, such as plant morphology or disease resistance, are absent in available publications.
