The tree reaches 5–8 meters in height and has a broad, vase-shaped, semi-open crown. Flowering occurs in April–May with pink-white flowers. The variety is self-infertile and prone to biennial bearing.

Fruits are of medium to large size, round-conical or oblong in shape. The skin is yellow-green, turning lemon-yellow with a red blush upon ripening. The flesh is firm, crisp, and sweet with a slight acidity. Harvesting takes place at the end of October; fruits retain their properties until March–April.
