The Camspur variety is a mutant of King of Oregon from the Starking Delicious group. The tree is low-growing and bears fruit on short spurs, which allows it to be used in intensive and super-intensive orchards. The variety is winter hardy and resistant to powdery mildew, but has low resistance to scab.

The fruits are large, truncated-conical in shape with pronounced ribs and dark red coloration. The flesh is greenish-white, sweet, and juicy. The harvest ripens at the end of September or October. The fruits are distinguished by high transportability and retain freshness in storage for up to 6–7 months.

For pollination, the varieties Golden Delicious, Fuji, Granny Smith, and Idared are recommended. Due to its growth type, the variety is demanding regarding fruit thinning, as failure to follow agricultural practices may lead to the formation of small fruits that remain on the tree until harvest.
