The Ciocarin-a bianca apple variety is a traditional autochthonous variety of the Piedmont region. The fruits have an elongated shape, smooth yellow skin with a red blush, and crispy sweet flesh.
Harvesting is carried out in early October. The fruits have good keeping quality, maintaining their consumer qualities until March. The variety is characterized by its adaptability to the climate of northern Italy and the soils of the Piedmont hills, as well as increased resistance to pests.
