The variety is a clone of the Gala apple variety. The fruits are of medium to large size and are characterized by a sweet taste and crisp flesh. An important characteristic is the early development of an intense dark red striped coloration, which allows for high-quality marketable fruit even in lowland areas with unfavorable conditions for color development.
