The cherry plum variety "Cleopatra" is a medium-sized tree. The fruits of the variety have a dark red-violet color, and their weight is 37–40 g. The variety was obtained by open pollination of the "Kubanskaya Kometa" variety.

In English-language sources, the name "Cleopatra" is used as a historical synonym for the apple variety "Ortley." This is a dessert variety with greenish-yellow fruits of medium to large size, which was widespread in Australia and New Zealand in the 19th and early 20th centuries and is prone to bitter pit.
