The medium-sized fruits possess white, medium-grained, and loose flesh, which becomes mealy after storage. The skin is smooth and shiny, changing shade from whitish-greenish to whitish-yellow upon reaching full maturity. The surface of the fruit is decorated with diffuse stripes and a marbled pattern.
The fruit skin is quite thin and sensitive to mechanical impacts, which makes the apples prone to damage during harvesting and transportation. Currently, the variety is being preserved within the framework of projects supporting local fruit crops in the Rhineland.
