The CR Brisset variety is a sport of the Sundowner apple. The fruits have a bright red color, medium size, and cylindrical shape. The flesh is firm, juicy, and crisp, with a sweet taste and slight acidity.
The plant requires a long growing season, ripening later than the Pink Lady variety. The fruits have thick skin, which ensures good durability in storage. The variety is intended for commercial use and sale in fresh form.
