The tree is characterized by moderate growth, a spreading crown, and fruiting on spurs. The large fruits have a flat-round or conical shape with five characteristic ribs, noticeable at the calyx. The primary yellowish-green color of the skin is complemented by an intense red blush and stripes; the fruit surface becomes greasy during storage.

The flesh of the fruit is juicy, soft, white or yellowish-white in color, and the taste is characterized as a harmonious sweet-sour. Harvest maturity occurs in September; the fruits are suitable for consumption from October to December. The variety is versatile and often used for culinary processing, as it retains its structure well or softens into a puree.

Pollinator varieties are required to obtain a harvest, as the variety is self-incompatible. It is recommended primarily for extensive gardening and collection cultivation.
