Variety description

10 August 2026

The tree has moderate growth vigor with a wide, semi-open crown prone to dense branching. The fruits are round, slightly flattened or conical in shape, and their skin is colored in yellowish-green or golden-yellow tones with an orange-red blush and carmine streaks.

The fine-grained juicy flesh of the fruits possesses a spicy aroma with notes of cherry, anise, melon, or mango. A characteristic feature of ripe apples is weak seed fixation, which creates a rattling sound when shaken.

The variety is classified as an autumn variety; harvest maturity occurs in mid-September to early October. Trees have moderate wind resistance, are susceptible to scab, powdery mildew, and canker, and require the planting of pollinator varieties due to self-infertility.
