The tree has medium vigor and a pyramidal crown, prone to alternate bearing. Fruit harvest takes place from late September to early October; the consumption period lasts from November to March.

The fruits have yellowish-white flesh with an aroma sometimes including notes of cherry, anise, and a nutty flavor. The variety is demanding of growing conditions, sensitive to climate, prone to scab, powdery mildew, and anthracnose, and requires specific storage conditions.
