The variety is a sport of the Naga Fu 2 line. The fruit is characterized by a red color with pronounced stripes and a less pronounced tendency to develop russeting on the skin compared to the original type. A tendency for the variety to revert to the traits of the less colored standard Fuji is noted.

The tree has medium vigor, is prone to biennial bearing, and requires crop load management. The variety is used in professional research to evaluate yield, fruit quality, and compatibility with various rootstocks in high-density plantings.
