Variety description

The variety is a clone of the Fuji apple obtained through selection. The tree is characterized by medium vigor, abundant and regular fruiting, and sufficient winter hardiness for most regions. In literature, it is also found under the name Nagafu-8.

The fruits are large, weighing 250–300 g, have an elongated-cylindrical shape and an intense raspberry-red color. The firm and juicy flesh is distinguished by a high sugar content. Harvest maturity occurs in late September — early October, which is two weeks earlier than the original variety.

The variety has high keeping quality: fruits can be stored until spring under normal conditions and until the next harvest when using refrigeration equipment.
