The tree is characterized by medium vigor, high productivity, and early onset of fruiting. The medium-sized fruits have a conical or elongated-conical shape. The flesh is yellowish-white in color, characterized by firmness, juiciness, and a high sugar content.

The fruit coloration is an intense dark red, covering almost the entire surface, with characteristic stripes. In the Gala Schnico Red mutation, the coverage reaches 100% of the surface. The variety has a medium ripening period, with harvesting taking place at the end of August. The fruits retain their quality in storage until mid-March. Successful fruiting requires the selection of pollinators, such as Fuji, Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, or Red Delicious.
