Variety description

The variety is a whole-tree mutation. The fruits have a conical shape and an average size of about 7.1 cm in diameter. The apple flesh is moderately firm, juicy, with an aroma and a sugar content of about 11 °Brix.

The tree is characterized by medium vigor, a tendency to branch, and a spreading crown shape. Under the conditions of the Loire Valley, fruit ripening occurs at the end of August. The variety shows resistance to apple scab and cedar apple rust.
