Variety description

The variety is a bud mutation of Malus domestica. The tree is moderately vigorous and has an upright spreading growth habit. The variety matures 5–6 weeks earlier than the classic Fuji. Regular pruning and fruit thinning are required to ensure annual yields.

The fruits have a creamy white crisp flesh and a sweet taste with a high sugar content. The skin is smooth and colored red or pink. The variety has relative resistance to fire blight and some susceptibility to scab.

The variety has a universal purpose and is suitable for fresh consumption, cooking, baking, and juice production.
