The tree is of moderately vigorous growth with an upright-spreading crown and tip-bearing fruiting habit. The variety is self-sterile, belongs to pollination group 5, and is considered hardy, suitable for cool regions.

Fruits are large, rounded, and change color from pale green to golden-yellow upon ripening, sometimes with a pink blush. The flesh is creamy white, juicy, with a pronounced tartness and fruity aroma, and contains high amounts of vitamin C. The harvest takes place in October.

The variety is intended primarily for culinary processing: making sauces, purees, and for baking, as the apples quickly lose their shape when heated. Due to the fruiting habit, it is recommended to grow it as a bush tree.
