The fruits have an almost flattened shape. The surface is smooth and shiny, with small dots and patches of russeting. At harvest, the apples are greenish, and upon reaching maturity, they acquire a golden-yellow color with a diffuse light-red blush and possible dark stripes.
The flesh is yellowish-white, fine-grained, and very firm when unripe. Mature fruits are juicy and possess a wine-acid spicy sweetness. The variety is classified as a winter variety; the fruits reach consumer maturity during storage.
