The tree is characterized by vigorous growth at a young age, forms a robust, broadly rounded crown, and has high longevity. The variety possesses good winter hardiness but is prone to scab and sensitive to apple canker in soils with excessive moisture. Fruits hold very firmly on the tree.

Fruits are medium-sized, egg-shaped or conical, with smooth greenish-yellow skin and a striped blush. The flesh is firm and tart, becoming tender during storage. Harvest maturity occurs in the second half of October, consumer maturity from February to June. The variety is triploid and bears fruit biennially.

The fruits are valued in processing for the production of juice, cider, mousses, and drying, as the flesh retains its white color during heat treatment.
