The variety is an autumn-winter type: fruits reach harvest maturity in October and are suitable for consumption from November to April when stored in a cool place. The medium-sized fruits have an irregular shape and characteristic ribs. The color changes from greenish to golden-yellow with a red-pink blush.
The fruit flesh is yellowish-white, firm, and eventually becomes soft and mealy. The taste is characterized as pleasant, wine-sweet, with a spicy aroma. The variety is intended for fresh consumption, is suitable for cultivation as standard trees, and is a good pollinator for other apple trees.
