The tree is characterized by medium-strong growth. The medium-sized fruits have a high-round, often asymmetrical or ribbed shape. The smooth, shiny skin of light yellow color becomes covered with a red blush upon ripening. The yellowish-white fine-grained flesh can have a reddish tinge under the skin and near the vascular bundles; the fruits are juicy.

The variety is classified as autumn-winter; the harvest is collected in early October, and the fruits are suitable for storage until February. The taste of the fruits is wine-sweet; the variety is used as a dessert apple and for processing. The plant prefers sunny or semi-shaded locations with fertile, moist soil and requires regular pruning.
