The variety is characterized by medium-sized fruits with a round, sometimes asymmetrical shape. The ground color is green-yellow, becoming golden-yellow upon ripening with a possible slight blush; numerous lenticels and the presence of russeting are characteristic.
The fruit flesh is fine-grained, yellowish-green, juicy, with a spicy taste. The variety is an autumn one: harvest maturity occurs in October–November, consumer maturity in November; fruits are suitable for storage until February.
The apple tree is considered a versatile variety, suitable both for fresh consumption and for processing: preparation of compotes, mousses, baked goods, drying, and salads.
