The tree grows vigorously at a young age, forming a broad pyramidal crown with strong branches; growth rate slows down with age. The leaves are dark green and ovate. Flowers are large, pale pink to white, blooming in May and showing resistance to late frosts. The variety is triploid and is not suitable for pollinating other apple trees.

Fruits are large to very large, up to 100 mm, often having an irregular ribbed shape. The skin is smooth, waxy, and colored light green or yellow with a red blush. The flesh is firm, juicy, and greenish-white. The taste is moderately sweet and sour, with pronounced acidity that softens during storage.

Harvest maturity occurs in October, and consumer maturity lasts from November–December to March. The variety possesses high regular yields and good transportability. The tree is characterized by general resistance, however, in dry conditions, it may be susceptible to powdery mildew. The fruits are traditionally used in cooking, in particular for baking, but are also suitable for fresh consumption.
