The tree is characterized by vigorous growth, reaching 3–4 meters depending on the rootstock. The variety is mid-early maturing, with fruits ripening approximately a week before the Gala variety. The plant possesses marked resistance to scab due to the Vf gene, as well as to powdery mildew, fire blight, and sooty blotch.

Fruits are bicolored, with a bright red blush on a yellow background, covering about 75% of the surface. The flesh is firm, juicy, sweet, with a low acid content and aroma. The fruits are suitable for long-term storage. To obtain a yield, the variety requires pollinators, and intensive fruit thinning is necessary to achieve marketable fruit size.
