Variety description

The variety is a clone with very weak growth and a vertical, almost columnar crown shape. The shoot length of this variety is 50–70% shorter than that of the original parent variety "James Grieve".

It is classified as an autumn variety: the crop ripens from the end of August to mid-September. The fruits have juicy flesh and a balanced sweet-and-sour taste, suitable for fresh consumption and processing. The storage period of the fruits is until the end of October, and in cold storage conditions, until January.

The variety is characterized by regular bearing and disease resistance, and also serves as a good pollinator for other apple trees. Due to its compact size, it is suitable for small gardens, growing on trellises, and in containers.
