The tree has moderate vigor. In its youth, the crown grows primarily vertically, eventually becoming wide and taking on a weeping character.

Fruits are large or very large, unevenly rounded, and flattened. The skin is smooth, shiny, yellowish-green when ripe with a bright red blush, sometimes oily. The flesh is yellowish-white, loose, juicy, with a wine-acid flavor and moderate aroma.

The variety is classified as autumn; fruits ripen from late August to October. The fruits are for universal use and have a short shelf life until November. The tree is a good pollinator for other varieties, but the fruits are prone to premature dropping. Susceptibility to canker and fruit rot is noted.
