The apple variety Laspi belongs to the group of winter ripening periods. The fruits are characterized by a size above average or large and high taste qualities. One of the parent components in the breeding of the variety is the Golden Delicious variety.

The variety demonstrates high productivity; in particular, in studies from 2011–2014, the yield was 30.3 t/ha. The crop is characterized by adaptability to local climatic factors, including winter thaws and high summer temperatures, which makes it promising for commercial orcharding.
