Fruits of the Laulutaat variety weigh on average 80–90 g, with a maximum weight reaching 107 g. The surface of the apples is covered with characteristic pinkish-red stripes.

The variety belongs to the autumn maturity group. The harvest is suitable for storage until December. The taste qualities of the fruits are characterized as sweet or sweet-and-sour, resembling the taste of the Sügisdessert variety.
