The tree is characterized by very vigorous growth; on seedling rootstock, the crown reaches more than 10 meters in diameter. The variety is triploid, which makes its pollen ineffective for pollinating other varieties. There is a tendency for pre-harvest fruit drop.

Fruits are large, weighing over 300 g, with an oblate and asymmetrical shape. The skin is almost entirely covered with russeting. Harvesting takes place in mid-September; the fruits are suitable for storage until December.

The variety has high resistance to scab, a medium level of susceptibility to powdery mildew, canker, and winter frosts. Used as a dessert apple and for processing due to its high acid content.
