The variety is late autumn; fruits are ready for harvest in the second half of September and suitable for fresh consumption until March. The tree is characterized by moderate vigor and annual bearing.

Fruits have a dark red skin color; the flesh is white, juicy, and aromatic. The variety shows resistance to diseases, in particular to scab, and is suitable for both industrial and organic horticulture. The original breeding designation is J-2004-14.
