The variety is late-ripening; harvest usually takes place in October. The fruits are medium to large in size and have a flat-round shape. The skin is yellow-green and supplemented with a dark red blush with stripes. The fruit flesh is creamy white, firm, juicy, with a sweet-and-sour taste.
The tree is characterized by moderately vigorous growth. The variety shows susceptibility to scab, as well as to some extent to powdery mildew and canker. The apples are suitable for fresh consumption and culinary processing.
