Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety was obtained by crossing the Honeycrisp and Zestar! varieties. The tree is characterized by medium to high vigor and a spreading crown. Fruiting occurs both on spurs and long shoots, and the variety may require specific management to ensure good fruit set.

The fruits are medium to large in size, conical in shape, with a rich dark red color on a yellow-green background. The flesh is crisp and juicy, the taste is balanced sweet and sour, with notes of honey, spices, and citrus undertones. The shelf life of the fruits is up to 3–4 months.

The variety is for dessert table use. The fruits are consumed fresh, used in cooking, and for cider production.
