The tree has medium-strong growth and forms a high, large, rigid crown; it is characterized by health and hardiness. Fruits range from small to medium size, changing color from green to whitish-yellow and golden-yellow upon ripening. The flesh is dense, firm, white with a yellowish tint, slightly dry, and distinctly sweet in taste.

Fruit harvesting begins in October, and the consumption period lasts from November-December to March. Fruits hold poorly on the tree, so the variety requires cultivation in wind-protected areas. Genetically, the variety is identical to the apple variety Vejlø.
