The fruits are medium-sized, flat or round-conical, with smooth and firm green-yellow skin with a dark red or carmine blush. The firm greenish-white flesh has a sweet-and-sour taste with a wine aroma and becomes looser over time.

The tree is vigorous, forming a broad crown. The variety is characterized by hardiness, disease resistance, and low maintenance. Late flowering reduces the risk of damage by spring frosts. The variety is self-infertile and requires pollinators.

The fruits are distinguished by outstanding keeping quality and can be stored until June. The variety is primarily industrial, used in cooking, for juice production and drying, as well as a traditional dessert.
