The tree is genetically semi-dwarf, reaching 5–6 meters at maturity depending on the rootstock. The variety was obtained by crossing «Rescue» and «Melba» varieties. It belongs to summer varieties: fruit ripening occurs in the period from late July to mid-August.

The fruits are green-yellow with a red blush and stripes, weighing about 120 g. The flesh is creamy, juicy, and of medium density. The variety is versatile in use; fruits can be stored in a refrigerator for 3–4 to 8–16 weeks if harvesting conditions are met.

The variety has very high frost resistance, withstanding temperature drops down to -40 °C. It is resistant to powdery mildew and rust; resistance to scab is rated from high to medium, while sensitivity to fire blight is noted.
