The variety was obtained by crossing the varieties Zusoff and McIntosh. The dessert-type fruits have white, coarse-textured flesh, which is prone to dryness and darkens rapidly upon contact with air.

The consumption period of the harvest lasts from October to March. The variety is recommended for culinary use, in particular for baking.
