The tree has vigorous growth and high vitality, characterized by late flowering and good disease resistance. The variety is cross-pollinating and requires the presence of other apple varieties with a similar flowering period for fruiting.

The fruits are medium to large in size, with an uneven conical or truncated-conical shape and a ribbed surface. The skin on the sunny side is colored an intense dark carmine or purple, often with a waxy bloom. The flesh is yellowish-white, sometimes with a pink tint, fine-grained, and moderately juicy.

The variety is classified as a winter variety: harvest maturity of the fruits occurs in October, consumer maturity — from November to February or March. The fruits are considered versatile: they are suitable for fresh consumption, culinary use, making compotes, and juice production.
