The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and eventually forms a drooping crown, which requires regular pruning to prevent branch breakage under crop load. The variety is triploid and cannot serve as a pollinator for other apple trees.

The fruits are medium to large in size, blunt-round in shape. The skin is smooth, yellowish-light green with a slight blush. The flesh is yellowish-white, juicy, of coarse-grained consistency, and has a pleasant sweet-and-sour taste. After Christmas, the fruits are prone to loss of flesh firmness.

Harvest maturity occurs in mid-October, and consumer qualities are preserved until February. The variety is suitable for cultivation in harsh climates and high altitudes. It is used primarily as a culinary variety for cooking, juice production, and distillates.
