The variety is winter-maturing; fruits are harvested from late October to mid-November, and consumer maturity begins in December. Fruits can be stored until March—May. The tree is vigorous or medium-sized and requires formative pruning.

Fruits are large, up to 200 g, slightly flattened in shape with yellow-green skin and a reddish blush. The flesh is greenish-white, juicy, and fine-grained. The taste is sweet and sour, improving during storage.

The variety is susceptible to powdery mildew, apple tree canker, and fire blight. Frost resistance of flower buds is high, however, the wood is sensitive to severe frosts, therefore the use of more winter-hardy framework stocks is often recommended.

The purpose of the variety is universal: for fresh consumption, culinary use, and processing into juice.
