The variety belongs to early autumn apples. The fruits ripen in early September, maintaining their taste qualities until the end of the month. The flesh of the fruit is white, may have a greenish hue near the skin, and is characterized by tenderness and juiciness. When cut, the flesh does not darken for a long time, starting to brown gradually from the skin.
The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and culinary processing. Thinning of ovaries is recommended, especially on dwarfing rootstocks, for better fruit development. If the crop is left on the tree for too long, the fruits lose their taste properties.
