The tree of the variety is low-growing or medium-sized with a spherical-conical moderately dense crown. The variety is characterized by early bearing and abundant yield, however, it may show a tendency toward biennial bearing. Winter hardiness is average.

Fruits of medium and large size weighing 150–200 g have a round or slightly flattened shape. The greenish-yellow skin is covered with an intense carmine-red blush, sometimes with a waxy bloom. The juicy flesh has a sweet-and-sour taste with wine or strawberry notes.

The variety is not intended for long-term storage; under improper conditions, the flesh quickly becomes soft and mealy. The variety is resistant to powdery mildew and rust, but is susceptible to scab and highly susceptible to fire blight. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, making juices, sauces, and desserts.
