Trees possess moderate growth vigor and form a spreading crown. Fruits are large or very large, have a flat, rectangular, or round-conical shape, often with pronounced asymmetry. The ground color of the fruit is greenish-yellow, complemented by a carmine blush and stripes.
Fruit flesh is yellowish-white, crisp and firm, but the texture can be somewhat coarse. The taste is moderately sweet, with a light acidity and aroma. Fruits ripen in mid-September and can be stored until December.
The variety belongs to the culinary type, well-suited for processing into puree, sauces, and baking due to its ability to break down during cooking. The variety possesses polygenic resistance to scab and powdery mildew.
